Product designer · enterprise & AI systems · 8+ years
I design for systems where failure is expensive. At Amazon, that meant zero-tolerance live event infrastructure for 160K+ concurrent viewers and AI-assisted experiences that help users understand problems and act with confidence. At TIBCO, it meant enterprise workflows where a single bad data entry cascades into billing errors downstream.
I begin by figuring out how people actually think through a task, where they get stuck, and why the current workflow fails them. Then it's research, quick prototypes, and iterative testing until a technically complex system turns into something people can use confidently to get critical work done.

What colleagues say
"He is one of the most technically fluent UX designers I've collaborated with. He has good understanding of technical side of the design and rather than simply handing off specs to engineers, he works alongside them. His accessibility-first mindset is a notable strength."
Aravindhan Eswaran Software Development Engineer II, Amazon"He LISTENS and understands the user's needs and adds his own common sense and often ends up with something better than the user asked for. He is friendly, responsive, and has a calm persona."
