Product design at scale. A dashboard built around "what needs my attention?", role-based views for organizers and operators, and a viewer experience where participation never competes with the video.

Complex enterprise software. Research overturned the first prototype: a 50-field form became a 3-step editable table, and a 100+ field order form became a guided decision that catches errors upstream.
